Meditation!
Meditation can be defined as a set of techniques that are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. Combined with breathing techniques, it serves as a way to reconnect with yourself deeply.
Ayurveda!
Learn about how to fuel your body following the ancient teachings of Ayurveda by our own Dharma teacher in-house residential expert. Delicious and nutritious foods that nurish and support well-being based on your dosha or body type according to Ayurveda principles. Focus on monthly themes based on the seasons and how to live and feel your best.
Journaling!
Journaling is a written record of our thoughts & feelings. There are really not any rules although most journaling is a daily exercise. We combine journaling with a short meditation as well as downloadable worksheets.

Pranayama refers to breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and so the flow of prana - life energy.

One of the 8 limbs of yoga, Asana is the physical practice of yoga and relates to the body. Asana is also another name for the poses or postures of yoga.
